The pvip8 platform is strictly restricted to adults aged 18 years and above. It is a criminal offence in many jurisdictions, and a violation of these Terms, for any person under the age of 18 to register a pvip8 account or to use the pvip8 platform in any capacity. pvip8 takes its age-restriction obligations seriously and will take all reasonable steps to prevent underage access.

By registering a pvip8 account, you warrant and confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years of age and have reached the minimum legal gambling age in your jurisdiction (whichever is higher).
• The personal information you provide during registration is accurate, complete, and belongs to you.
• You are not registering on behalf of another person and are not being directed to register by a third party for the purpose of circumventing any restriction.
• You are not accessing pvip8 from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law.
• You have not previously been excluded from pvip8 or any affiliated platform either voluntarily or as a result of a breach of these Terms.

pvip8 reserves the right to request age verification documents — including a national identity card, passport, or birth certificate — at any stage of the account lifecycle: at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or at any other time at pvip8's discretion. Accounts for which satisfactory age verification cannot be completed will be suspended, and any pending withdrawals will be held until the verification process is concluded. If an account is found to belong to a player under 18, all funds in the account will be returned after deducting any winnings generated, and the account will be permanently closed.

Each individual player may register one pvip8 account only. Holding multiple accounts — whether under your own name or under different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is a breach of these Terms. pvip8 uses automated and manual verification processes to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, pvip8 may close all associated accounts, void all wagers placed across those accounts, and retain any balances pending a fraud investigation.

pvip8 supports deposits and withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, and BRAC Bank. The availability of specific payment methods may vary from time to time and is subject to change without prior notice.

Deposits: Funds deposited to pvip8 must originate from a payment account registered in your own legal name. pvip8 does not accept third-party deposits under any circumstances. Deposits made from third-party sources will be reversed and returned, and the relevant pvip8 account may be suspended pending review. pvip8 does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges. pvip8 cannot be responsible for delays, failures, or charges imposed by third-party payment providers.

Withdrawals: All withdrawal requests must be made to the same payment account used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible. Where this is not possible, pvip8 may request documentation confirming your ownership of the destination account before processing the withdrawal. pvip8 aims to process approved withdrawal requests within 24 to 72 hours; however, additional processing time may be required pending identity verification or fraud screening. pvip8 does not guarantee a fixed withdrawal processing time.

Verification prior to withdrawal: pvip8 reserves the right to require full Know Your Customer (KYC) verification before processing any withdrawal request. KYC documentation may include a government-issued photo identity document, proof of address dated within three months, and proof of ownership of the payment method used. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in the withdrawal being declined and the account being restricted.

Currency: All pvip8 account balances, bet amounts, and payouts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). pvip8 does not currently support multi-currency accounts. Any currency conversion costs arising from international payment methods are the sole responsibility of the player.

Dormant accounts: If a pvip8 account has had no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months, pvip8 may designate it as dormant. A monthly administration fee of ৳100 may be applied to dormant accounts to cover maintenance costs, continuing until either the account is reactivated or the balance reaches zero. pvip8 will make reasonable attempts to notify the account holder before applying dormancy fees.

All sports bets placed on pvip8 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the sport, market, and event in question. General betting rules applicable across all pvip8 sports betting markets are set out below. Where a specific event or sport has additional rules, those rules are displayed on the relevant market page and form part of these Terms.

• Bet acceptance: A bet is not accepted until pvip8 has confirmed the bet and a unique bet reference number has been issued. Bets in a "pending" state have not yet been accepted and may be declined if the odds change or the event commences before the bet is processed.
• Odds: All odds displayed on pvip8 are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. pvip8 reserves the right to correct any odds that were displayed as a result of a manifest error. Where a bet has been placed at clearly erroneous odds, pvip8 may void the bet and return the stake to the player's account balance.
• In-play betting: In-play bets are subject to a brief acceptance delay to account for live data processing. pvip8 does not guarantee that in-play markets will remain open throughout an event. Markets may be suspended or closed at any time during an event at pvip8's discretion.
• Minimum and maximum stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits vary by sport, market, and event. Limits are displayed on the bet slip at the time of placing a wager. pvip8 reserves the right to limit the maximum stake or payout on any individual bet at its discretion.
• Void bets: pvip8 may void a bet where the event is abandoned, postponed, or does not commence within 24 hours of the scheduled start time (unless alternative rules are stated for the specific market). Voided bets are returned to the player's account balance at the original stake value.
• Cricket-specific rules: For BPL, IPL, Bangladesh Tigers international, T20 World Cup, and other cricket markets, pvip8 follows standard cricket betting rules. Matches must achieve a minimum number of overs for most markets to be settled; the specific threshold is displayed on each market page. Rain rules and Duckworth-Lewis-Stern method outcomes are honoured as official results.

pvip8 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players, including welcome bonuses for newly registered accounts, reload bonuses for existing players, free spin promotions tied to new slot releases, and seasonal promotions linked to events such as BPL, IPL, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which are displayed on the relevant promotion page and must be read carefully before opting in.

The following general conditions apply to all pvip8 bonuses and promotions unless a specific promotional term states otherwise:

• Wagering requirements: All bonus funds awarded by pvip8 are subject to wagering requirements before they, or any winnings derived from them, can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement (expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount) is clearly stated on each promotion page at the time of opt-in.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available only to players who meet the eligibility criteria stated in the relevant promotion. Unless stated otherwise, each promotion is available to one account per household, per IP address, per device, and per payment method.
• Opt-in requirement: Most pvip8 promotions require the player to actively opt in before making the qualifying deposit or placing the qualifying bet. Retroactive bonus claims for transactions made before opting in will not be accepted.
• Time limits: All bonus funds and free spins must be used within the validity period stated in the promotional terms. Expired bonus funds are forfeited without compensation.

pvip8 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its discretion where it determines, acting reasonably, that a breach of these Terms has occurred or is suspected. Common grounds for account suspension or closure include, but are not limited to:

• Providing false or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent verification stage.
• Holding multiple accounts in breach of the one-account-per-player rule.
• Engaging in fraudulent activity, including the use of stolen or unauthorised payment methods.
• Breach of the fair play policy, including use of automated betting tools, match-fixing involvement, or systematic exploitation of pricing errors.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or inappropriate behaviour toward pvip8 staff or other players.
• Failure to complete mandatory identity or age verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Court orders, regulatory directions, or law enforcement requests requiring account restriction or closure.

Where an account is suspended or closed due to suspected fraud or breach of Terms, pvip8 may withhold any account balance pending investigation. If the investigation concludes that a breach has occurred, pvip8 may forfeit all or part of the balance in accordance with the nature of the breach. Where no breach is established, any withheld balance will be returned to the player's verified payment account.

Voluntary account closure: Players who wish to close their pvip8 account voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Pending withdrawals at the time of closure will be processed normally. Any active bonus funds at the time of closure will be forfeited. pvip8 will retain records of closed accounts for a minimum period as required by applicable data retention obligations.
